Larry Seward III, known affectionately as “Bear”, is a young and dynamic leader who holds the position of Vice President of National Signs at CDL. Along with his twin brother, Dustin, he is the youngest Vice President in the history of the company. With his keen eye for efficiency and organization, Bear has successfully raised the bar in multiple production areas of the company, ensuring that high standards are met while productivity continues to increase.
Bear’s career journey began at a young age, when he started working at Seward Cattle Company. During high school, he embarked on his professional career by becoming an Electrical Apprentice at CDL while also working in the HVAC division. He continued to progress through the ranks at CDL, and during his college years, he played a key role in establishing the Wiring division. He completed his college education with a degree in Construction Management, all the while working as an integral part of the Sign division at CDL. He has since been promoted to his current position, where he remains committed to the continued success and growth of CDL.
