Great place to work! I loved working at CDL! It was a very good environment, I was treated like family and was always given advances for heard work. There is a lot to learn because there are so many different aspects to CDL, but well worth it.

(I can only speak for electrical). I was in remote facility alone, working completely for customer and supported by CDL. Great support and open to ideas. Great communication from facility to facility. Lots of knowledge at fingertips, just have to make the call. Somebody will have an answer.

Great company to learn and move up in.   I really enjoy working with CDL-electric. If you work hard and do your job the company will reward you in yearly raises. They provide all equipment and materials need for work. Including work truck, computer and cell phone. This is one of the best companies I have worked for in my 15+ year professional experience .

A great learning environment!   My managers work with me daily to ensure that I understand all of the jobs that I am helping on. They push me to be better at my job! I am learning to communicate with different clients and balance multiple jobs. My team members always ask how I'm doing and if they can do anything to help. The workplace culture is always fun and exciting. We have many jobs thrown our way and we all have to work together to complete them. CDL understands the importance of family and emergency situations. I was able to leave early to go check on my grandma in the hospital. The most enjoyable part is working together to make our community better. Because I work for Signs, we are able to completely transform a storefront in our community. It's always rewarding to see the finished product.
