Jannine Kraus

has been with CDL since 2021, and currently serves as Project Billing Manager for Railroad Services. Starting her journey as an administrative assistant, Jannine was instrumental in establishing a robust customer service base in southwest Missouri for the Trade Services Division before transition to Railroad Services. Her responsibilities now encompass budget oversight, billing, payment administration, and bookkeeping. She plays a pivotal role in building strong customer relationships as key touchpoint for project adminstration. Additionally, Jannine leads in managing vendor purchasing orders, crew time allocations, and the setup of new projects, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
